Nah man the only time I ever thought sasuke was stronger than naruto was maybe a little bit in the original naruto series and the beginning of shippuden. The rest of the time I think naruto has always been stronger... especially when he got sage mode and up until now.

Sasuke already said he was the strongest person beforehand. Prime Sasuke would be leagues above Naruto.

I rate Rinnegan a lot, it gives him shitloads of potential for improvement from his recent fight with Naruto, I'd say they're probably equal, they always seem to be anyway so I doubt that would change.
