Naruto probably used to practice everyday but after getting a family + becoming Hokage, his free time disappeared. I mean, if he's so busy that he can't even play with his son anymore and has to use a clone, then I doubt he has the time to actually get in a good training session every now and then.

Besides, with Sasuke constantly outside the village there's no one who could push him to his limits in a good fight.

Goku and Vegeta can spare all they want with each other because they have nothing else to do lol. They don't have jobs and literally just eat, sleep, and fight all day.
