I like the new hair after Itachi's Death, and Sasuke descent into darkness, it makes him look more evil (and a bit more emo lol) and it just makes him look like "Oh look he's so evil now that he doesn't even give a shit about his hair anymore, what a mess"
But since after Kabuto's defeat, Sasuke looks like that he's changing, would you like if he went back to his old style?
Maybe after he meets with the one who knows everything he will start using his old hairstyle again, or when he will become a good guy again.

Its obvious he feels more strongly about revenge even to the point where appearance isn't in his radar.

His hair still goes up in the back, but in the pic you showed, his face was turned up, so his hair appearred to move down. Likewise, in the first pic, his face was turned down, so his hair would turn up.

As for his hair being messier, I think it looks better, anyway. :shrug:

No he isnt changing. He feels alot at ease after talking to Itachi and maybe he'll see things much better once he meets the one who knows all. But right now he is at the point of no return. Even if he decided to become loyal to the shinobi force, he will be executed for killing Danzo, joining akatsuki, trying to kidnap Bee, abandoning the village and going to Orochimaru. I guess he'll fight Naruto again at the Valley of End and both of them will end up killing each other. Or Sasuke starts off with a blast but Naruto over powers him and in the end have a rasengan-chidori showdown where sasuke dies.

Kishi changes the desighn a lot because sometimes it's too much to daw. That's why a lot of outfits changed. Plus the down hair is more menacing and easer to draw.
