I think it would be awesome just like they did with luffy, Ace, and Sabo mini arc.....i really want to know how every yonkou got their name and why and all their histories togetherxd

They are simply pirates, no different from luffy and his crew, they got named the yonkou by the government thanks to their great power and accomplishment in the new world.
The yonkou are the title of the four worlds strongest captains and their relationship is no different from luffys relationship with the supernovas.
They are neither friends nor foes and they are the rulers of the new world because most of the islands there are under their rule as you´ve seen in the latest arc and will continue to see further into the new world, they have the most freedom at sea and most infuence on other pirates and even marines seeing how everyone feared whitebeard before the war and how everyone listened to shanks when he told them to stop fighting.
The yonkou simply go about their days, sailing from one island to the next, relaxing,partying,eating sweets and candies, drinking sake and other stuff.
It´s with the combined powers of the government and shichibukai that keeps their power in check and that´s only wishful thinking seeing how the government needed all of their strenght and shichibukai to deal with just one yonkou.
Further proof of the yonkous power is when the government paniced because shanks contacted whitebeard, also when he met up with Kaido which the government feared if 2 yonkous ever joined together, they would be unstoppable.
This answers your first 2 questions but unfortunately i can´t say anything about the third because i dont know about the yonkous history any better then you do but it will all surely be revealed in due time.U_U

We only know a bit about WB and Shanks. And no, the government does NOT appoint Yonkous, that far I know.
