so by him getting a cloack his Taijutsu skyrocketed ? I don't think so. Its not like he learned anything new just by getting a cloak. Therefore making his Taijutsu still the same. And does the fact of one being an Edo increases the Taijutsu skill ? I don't think so. He is up to par living or Edo. Its just stamina that's differentiate the two

The lack of permanent damage could be a reason. It's also fully possible that living Itachi needs to put in a lot of effort to match KM Naruto, which means that living Itachi would run out of juice while Edo Itachi could keep it up.

Edo helps because he cannot actually be damaged from the Impact of the strikes. And the cloak increases his chakra, Stamina, and strength. I do not recall KCM Naruto being able to take out 5 Tailed Beasts.
