@bold really depends where your looking at it from chronologically as it was written or as its told in the story line if your follow the first your right but if you go with the latter everyone else was rehashing her powers.

the first one is what your going by what was written first. the second is the other perspective and that is going by whatever the writer decides to write not everything is black and white.
again thats only true if you go by when it was written and not what the writer wants whatever he decides becomes fact no matter how much l we may or may not like it

Naruto/jirayia was shown using rasengan before minato that doesn't make minato using it a rehash does it? yes they mentioned it was the 4th hokages but you cant expect kishi cant spoil the whole storyline by saying it was so6p's mom who used this first.
