I seriously believe that is what she wants to do, but really can't since it's Madara. If kyubi were to be pulled out of Naruto Sakura would try to stop it.

I'm not even a Sakura fan, silly. I like Orochimaru more than her. But Tsunade is my favorite character.
One does not simply tank a TBB. And without PS I don't see Madara oneshotting Tsunade. It isn't certain if Sakura actually can use the regeneration jutsu.

Sakura is a clone of Tsunade. The only one out of Team 7 that is a clone of their masters. Meteors GG, Chibaku Tensei GG. Human Path GG.

Tsunade and Sakura are different characters with different personalities. Madara doesn't have any eyes right now, fool. He won't be able to use any of those skills. :'D I never stated Sakura stood a chance against Madara, because she doesn't. But she can still try to attack him.
