He probably could be using another Uchiha's Sharingan. He did collect a lot of Sharingan. Possibly did so when he helped Itachi wiped the Uchiha clan.

Like the previous posts: it was probably a Uchiha's.Sharingan from the Uchiha Massacre, and it is verified that Obito took some bodies afterwards in the latest episode and then there is his laboratory. If it is important about whos eye it was the anime/manga might mention it.
