Ion no if sumn like this has been posted but doesn't naruto's eyes look different. Almost like hogo's... Maybe I'm just tripping but I thought it looked pretty cool and could be a spoiler!

Because Sasukes eyes are distinct.

If it were any other chibi style character, they would be swirls like they always are.

because there's no reason to mess with sasuke eyes. he already has a design (sharin-rinne) while naruto has regular eyes
