nothing is confirmed, sarada is just going through a bit of an identity crisis at the moment she has no relationship with her father, shes never seen her parents together so when she starts to question things and then sees a photo of a girl with glasses her mind will wounder

also why would sakura raise karins daughter and if its to be with sasuke how is that a deal the man hasnt been around for about 12 years
