do you have a knack for learning things quickly aswell as having some form of analytical expertise? basically, they're looking for innovators and if you fit in either of those qualities, you have a higher chance of actually qualifying. they're fastidious, so it's not like signing up for a desk job and having a fair chance at being accepted in the job
