[Question] I want to Start a RP.

umm hi guys i was thinking of starting that RP thing, but i have no idea how it goes and how its played.
Like my first question is, How is it fair? Cant people just spam jutsus?
And umm how do we decide who or which character we want to be and what jutsus and elements we can use?
If its us that decide, dont people use like cheap ass moves that can kill people easily?
And i dont get how training works O_O

It's fair, you can choose whatever character you what from Naruto some characters have some restrictions and some need some requirements. Like for the 2nd Mizukage. you need over 2400 posts.
To make a Uchiha bio you need 1500 posts.

No, no one can spam jutsus. The maxium jutsu you can peform in a post is 3 jutsus.

You can decide whoever you want as long as you have the requirements, the most bios you can have is 2.

Let's say you're Madara Uchiha, that doesn't mean you can just keep on spamming Rinnegan and Perfect Sasuno'o, theres a limit.

Training is a bit hard for your first time..like it is for me. Read the link and you'll be good buddy.
