Sakura imo, Chiyo kinda praised her for that. Wow Kishi really did mess up, none of the people in your list save Chiyo showed any intelligence feat, and Chiyo's intelligence could be passed of as experience, even Sakura's could be passed of as knowledge. Konan is up there too
