THere is still his blood splattered in the kamui dimension and I would be surprised if no one managed to find his dna in his hideout too.

They managed to revive Deidara after he went caboom, they can do it with this guy.

Man that blood is long gone, dried and evaporated. Besides the only person that can travel to Kamui dimension is Sasuke, I don't see why someone would go through that much effort to revive him.
