I want gaara to receive a power up

I want gaara to learn dust release ..... The old man will die if he does he will die with it he has bromance with gaara so he should teach it too him... Nobody shown in his village has the stamina or chakra or elements to do so (gaara can be taught the elements and tech he still has wind release until proven other wise) not to mention the concentration gaara would also be a better jinton user because the jinton user when casting it is always left vulnerable gaara's auto defense can protect him while casting it
I don't c anyone else who would be better for this tech then gaara (other then onooki mu ..)
Gaara naruto and sasuke are suppose to be basically neck and neck
With naruto being slightly over sasuke and sasuke being slightly over gaara

Now naruto is leagues ahead of both...
Sasuke and gaara r currently equal in my book (gaara can counter anything sasuke has shown)
Sasuke is eventually gonna get a power up to match naruto witch would also put him leagues Ahead of gaara .-.
Witch would personally suck seeing as I'm a gaara (and orochimaru) fanboy (not the crazy types tho that would put gaara > everybody I'm well aware he's in top 20)
Gaara needs a power up...

jinton is a bloodline expansion jutsu, Muu and Oonoki are just the special ones to have it... Gaara can never learn it no matter how you want it, manipulating 3 nature energies at once is not a child's game U_U
