As soon as he claps his hand the flashbomb goes off and blinds you, however due to Brolys chakra within the kunai and you he is able to track both of you. But the kunai happens to be the least of your problems because as the flashbomb goes off 4 stone spikes immediately and without warning just out of the ground in order to impale you, meaning two fast things just happened at once, confusing your senses a bit. The spikes are at 4 different angles. one is in front of you about foot away from your feet that will stab inwards straight through your ankles. The second is to the left of you and it is aiming to stab into your left thigh. The third is to your right and aims to stab straight through your stomach, while the last is behind you and is aimed to stab through your head in case you attempt an aerial escape

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.

with jinso's byakugan activated he's able to notice the flash tagged kunai heading his way. Thus he quickly draws his wakizashi while infusing wind chakra onto the blade and before swinging it upwards thus causing wind to form around me before the wind push the incoming kunai back. upon pushing back the kunai the flash bomb attached to it goes off emitting a blinding light but jinso doesn't fret simply because the byakugan isn't blinded thus allowing jinso to see broly's next move and counter effectively. quickly changing his nature from wind to lightning with little effort being that lightning is jinso's favorite element, he then releases an unfocused current of electricity which quickly spreads thru the air and the ground thus stopping the stone spikes forming and still allowing the current to continue towards broly thus paralyzing him on contact. the moment jinso notices that broly is immobilized he causes water to gush from under him causing him to be shot into the air. while airborne, jinso follows up by causing water bullets to attack broly from the pool of water below him. as the water bullets attack, they then form into a shape of a dragon which then attacks broly and slams him back to the ground.

Hmm timeframe is a little off there, you first move is short range which means it can only push back things within short range of you. I said I activated the flash as soon as I clapped my hands so it'd be barely in the middle of us. Then i said the spikes come up with the flashbang going off. But its minor i think and well continue. Also the nagashi can either stop the spikes or move towards me, it cant be both. I can link you to a similar ruling if needed.

As soon as Broly notices your chakra pushing back his kunai he infuses his wind chakra into the lightning and sends it right back at you as you defend from the spikes.Since your move is short range and Broly reacted so quickly it takes but a moment to send the kunai back into short range. This is so quick that you would be starting to defend or defending from the spikes as this happened. As the kunai gets back into short range it explodes, doing major damage to you since nagashi grants no physical protection.

as jinso is defending from the stone spikes he see wind covered shuriken flying back towards him at high speeds. jinso quickly react but pushing out chakra out of his palm which blows out a strong force like wind that throws the shuriken out of course causing the shuriken to unintendedly damage nearby terrain instead on jinso. jinso does not stop there. without hesitation jinso releases 4 empty palms to do some sort of damage to broly before throwing a bomb kunai at broly. the empty palms and the bomb kunai comes one after another.

with his byakugan jinso was able to see the fire chakra being gathered at broly's foot. jinso forms fuuton rasengan before quickly forming destruction torrent in the other hand and combining the two create a tornado of water around him as the flaming pillars form thus canceling each other out. immediately afterward by looking at him jinso causes broly to temporarily be stunned just before releasing his chidori. this give him enough time to land safely on the ground. as soon as he land he uses the ground's electrical fields to advance to close range of broly faster than his eyes can follow before appearing before broly near instantly with a blade thru broly's chest.

However even though your paralyzed your speed would keep you moving towards Broly, but at a somewhat slowed pace due to your lightning arrow step being canceled from your chakra being disrupted a bit from the nagashi. Even if you were going the same speed, as soon as the nagashi is released he surrounds himself with an electric field that hits you and explodes, blowing you backwards, giving you damage, and stunning you. Its possible to do this so fast due to not switching affinities, being a lightning specialist, and the low amount of chakra needed to be built.

after being stunned with the nagashi and quickly taking damage i'm still noticing broly as he surrounds himself with an electric field. knowing this i quickly gather wind before blowing out a strong stream of wind towards broly primarily intended to repel me from broly back to mid range. as i hit the ground i am able to feel the pain from hitting the ground thus letting me know that i am able to feel my body again. broly then comes with a chidori spear heading towards me. with my quick hyuga reflexes i draw my sword while infusing wind chakra into it before swinging it thus causing wind to surround me and push back the chidori spear causing it to disperse. with both my swords drawn i then get up from the ground and proceed to advance again to close the distance between me and broly while they circle me.

upon being stabbed jinso quickly replace his presence with a nearby rock as soon as his wind disperses. when you noticed that your chidori true spear spear pierced thru a large rock, jinso appears behind broly clapping his hands in amazement.
