Mugen is a game where you can walk around in, it's a fighting game arcade style.. With whatever characters you can come up with..

facepalm. That's why it's a game they do not need to be too accurate or it'll be no fun. For example if Jstars Victory Vs was completly accurate DBZ characers would be too OP, this character from a basketball anime(forgot the name) would get fodderized easily and no one will play him, and Bleach characters would be unable to get touched unless other anime characters attacl on the spirit realm.

It'll be balanced , Shunpo and Shunshin will be treated the same , power ups and transformations will also be balanced . I'm still considering which game engine to go with , any thoughts?
