I used to think Kurenai could use Mokuton..

It was only a few months ago that I looked back and realized it was a genjutsu. I facepalmed pretty hard.

Side note: really wish we saw more of kurenai, as of now her only feat is that genjutsu which 3T Itachi easily handled. And when is she going to give birth to her damn baby?

i thought that baby was already alive... and if not then Naruto shinobi must take years to give birth because its been years since asuma died and she was pregnant then because asuma told shikamaru to protect it and her...

Itachi easily handled her Genjutsu because he is extremely skilled at Genjutsu.

Doesn't change the fact that Kurenai is also skilled at Genjutsu.
