What makes a good roleply on narutobase?

I try over and over and everyone just look at it like its some type of new language.

The problem here is there are to many rules to the role play system you have to spend countless hours to use a jutsu that every teacher you have has a different opinion on how is detailed. They should just let people battle and have a group of judges who decide on all things.
