That's really not bad for starters. Looks similar to the first anime drawing I attempted.

What I found helped me alot was try not to think of things as their shapes (Example: "Okay, now for the head") and try to focus more on each individual line. Make each line how long you want it to and in the direction you want it to go and eventually the whole picture comes together.

Anyways, good job and like everyone else said keep practicing.
