if sasuke still felt the hatred he did then it would be a final fight but that is over with now... WHY would kishi have sasuke and Naruto repeat the same mistakes as friends that Madara and hasi made in the past? what was the point of the flashbacks if sasuke was just gonna be just like madara lol.

That's why something really bad is going to happen probably. No other reason for them to fight unless Sasuke decides to help in the war for Itachi's sake, then decideds to try and kill Naruto after it's over. Either Kishimoto wrote himself into a corner after planning the ending at the start or he's got big plans.

How bout this:
Madara/Obito get severely injured or are at a severe disadvantage (as they are now). So Madara uses a new genjutsu in order to control Sasuke. Madara then forces Sasuke to fight against the Shinobi Allied Force. Naturally Naruto would want to fight him alone. BOOM! There's your final fight.

Bottom line is that nothing is set in stone until Kishi releases it.

No way... Above all, Sasuke desires to fight stronger shinobi to further his skills and his abilities. He knows that Naruto has evolved into an exceptional shinobi... worthy to fight with.

Kishimoto confirmed in an interview that Naruto and Sasuke will fight. You can't confirm the ending with just one chapter especially sense there is a year of Naruto left to go.
