unless naruto in kcm is immune to IT sasuke's susanno is the only thing protecting them(but lets face it that alone cant stop madara). So i think the only way they COULD fight madara is if they combined their kcm and susanno together again. imagine naruto's upgraded cloak fused with a ps with tsb floating around it.

I to am worried that naruto and sasuke will be forced to fight in a susanoo/bijuu avatar fusion mode. Id prefer if they fought seperatly:/

Just remember this, Madara hasn't taken a direct hit from either Sasuke or Naruto at their full power yet, he just hurried up and started to cast IT. So i think he doesn't want to lock horns with them. I think he can't honestly.
