I think we should not judge yet if EMS < RENNIGAN

Madara did not show his ems eyes or skill during the war.I guessing that kishimato leaving sasuke to show us the true power of ems .We only know that ems is a fusion of 2 MS user eyes .Ems also donot make the use go blind and also a new doujutsu is created.

No where else in the manga show the ability of the ems ,it basically a mystery until sasuke come out and show his EMS skills

IF Shusu can have an ultimate genjutsu with just his ms skills and itachi tukyomi (wrong spelling) is un breakable at MS lvl
EMS skill should be lethal since the ms skills are stronger
