Professor Sage 'le Six Paths held the Ten-Tailed Beast in his holy stomach, which was much different than holding nine individual monsters. Besides, we don't even know if a Jinchuriki can hold more than one Beast at a time.

Furthermore (and I keep repeating this), the other Beasts are sealed inside the Gedo Mazo.

The Gedo Mazo is too destructive and is awesomely over-powered. One shock-wave from it, and boom! it'll rip Naruto a new Kyuubi-hole!
