I think there should be stricter rulers.

For example, make it so that if a member makes more than three troll threads they are banned. It's just making the base look like it's full of little retards. Plus it takes, a good amount of time to find a good and interesting topic to actually discuss. About 8/10 topics are troll/bait threads that don't have a purpose.

OT: The mods do fine at their job. Nobody really trolls excessively anymore, it's just dumb theories which aren't harmful.

Rules are already in place. Please hit the report button if you see such threads and a mod will check it out. Also try to not post in such threads and bump them up. There is no point in telling them that they are wrong or you reported or anything in such cases. If they are trolling you are feeding them whether positively or negatively is immaterial.

Also next time - please do not make off topic threads in Naruto media.
