I think the 4th war arc needs a change in age group

All the skills the Rookie 9 obtained are pretty too soon. I think they all should have been in their Early 20's because I don't think being 17 is enough for war experience. Kakashi is different because he grew up in a generation where pretty much his team and his colleagues work harder than before.

Chunins that seem to have no experience doing A rank missions often except those Sasuke searches or Akatsuki searches. What if the 4th war was just like all the wars? Are they ready to kill without remorse?

They've had the resolve to kill without remorse since Part 1.

Neji and Chouji killed Kidomaru and Jirobo

All of them aside from maybe Naruto are prepared to kill if they have to.

Different context. Im sure theyd at least question their actions as all the villages would be fighting for the same purposes.

Besides Neji and Choji, I doubt all of them (except Naruto since he never killed just the TNJ of all time) have killed in canon. Kishimoto didn't really give development to the characters in canon so he did in fillers that no one really cared about.
