I think Obito takes it, especially given that he can use a long range Kamui, coupled with his massive chakra reserves, his large scale ninjutsu/genjutsu. Not to mention he can use Moukton as well, not on the scale that the first could, but still credible given the circumstance. In addition his enhanced strength provided by Hashirama's cells can help him persevere through the first's Moukton, he can easily escape any attack Hashirama throws at him via Kamui.
