you are right, but the ability not to be defeated against a Shinobi involves many other things as well. You should plan, be smart, use strategy. I don't mean he had not these qualifications. but I think he is not unbeatable, namely, two really strong Shinobi like Madara Hashirama at their prim can defeat him
