I think sage mode only exist in konoha

On what basis are you making this claim? Going by chakra reserves, the Sandaime Raikage as well as Tsunade would have been capable of doing it, as well as any jinchuuriki, even Rin.

Yea you have a point you have to have the extensive ability to not only fight the sage energy but also to harness it so your chakra has to not only have extreme control but at the same time extreme precision. Quite frankly Kabuto wasn't really able to go into sage mode without the snake he had sticking out of his back. So yea you would have to have a lot more than what i said to go into sage mode. BTW Mentioning Rin made me laugh my head off.

If he gets out the Genjutsu that is. And he doesn't have those impressive feats anymore, so now he's more weakened + we don't know if he can use DSM anymore. And he needs corpses to use ET. Unfortunately there is none he's permitted to use. So he would suck d***.
