I think they both got the same powers, but Naruto has sennin mode on his whole body, and creation of all things in his hand.
Sasuke got creation of all things in his body (eye), ansenninmode in his hand.
Probably sasuke has a radius where he can create things, or himself!. That's how he "ported" he created himself somewhere else.
