To be honest, neither of the poll choices would be accurate - especially Minato soloing the Juubi. Minato is widely regarded as the fastest shinobi who ever lived. He also possessed near-instant reflexes. So to say that he would lose straight away is probably wrong, as I think (based totally on speculation here) that the Juubi wouldn't be fast enough to target him and kill him. But after the first eventual hit, it would win.
