From this I think Madara can controll an inanimate substances like air , atmosphere and space. When Madara combined his rinnegan abilities with sage mode I think the new power up is controlling inanimate substances. Madara was able to do some changes to space so that he can completely block Ssuke's movement.
Kabuto also had this kind of ability

I don't know could be,but right now the official version states that Madara controls objects like Pain(Nagato) did it is the same eye and same rinnegan ability after all.

Yes....also I recall hearing that some of the things in this Animation were linked to the actual story. I could be wrong, but the close up on Madaras eye happens in this and in the Manga. One member a long time ago said he believed Madara could control time. Which I suggested that he could rewind time possibly up to 5 minutes which may be his unique Sharingan power. Idk.....as far as OT. We will have to wait and see, but I'm willing to bet almost anything that Kishi didn't show the close up on Madaras eye then cut to then end of the fight for nothing.
