I think Kishi believes Inifinite Tsukuyomi was good

Do you think this as well?

The notion of Infinite Tsukuyomi sounds very appealing if you ask me. The entire population living in a perfect dream world with all their desires granted and having their bodies preserved for all of eternity(shown by that tree that kept Madara from dying of old age), literally living happily forever. When you think about it some more, this would also solve problems like famine, pandemics that could wipe out humanity, and loss of loved ones.

This was at worst a dark-grey area, even though it was lie. I think Kishi just thought he couldn't come up with a good counter argument for it hence the Zetsu asspull. Does anybody else believe this?

Well he sure as hell didn't prove it wasn't the real answer to peace in his own story yet he made it seem that way, It's yet another flaw with Naruto and another reason why kishis villain Madara is incomplete.

It sorta like the Matrix World but better right?

But IMO in this world we had right there everyone would choose it

Yeah, Naruto never really beat Infinite Tsukuyomi as an ideal. Just Obito's personal motivations in supporting it with "there are no shortcuts to be Hokage" and "Rin wouldn't approve".

Basically. All desires granted with immortality.

It's all good once you turn into a White Zetsu.

If he did then he would never have shown Naruto bring peace to the world in the epilogue, without using the IT.

But he did show Naruto succeed without using Infinite Tsukuyomi, showing that it wasn't needed in the end.

Then why was the Zetsu twist even there to begin with?

And it was already pointed out in the story that the peace wouldn't last forever.

It never said that in the epilogue.

The ones who said that were bad guys and they all came to agree with Naruto's ideals in the end.

Its a manga, you take it way too seriously, if Kishi wants Naruto's peace to last forever than it will, Tenten couldn't sell weapons because of how peaceful it had become.

The Zetsu thing was just part of the Kaguya story line, to give the Infinite Tsukuyomi jutsu an origin.

You are thinking too deeply into it.

No, only Sasuke said that. Now his "revolution" was retarded but that was an interesting point he made and Naruto never answered it. Sure it's peaceful now but will it stay that way? It was an unresolved point.

It didn't need the Zetsu twist to have an origin. It being a Genjutsu by Kaguya or the God Tree was enough. The Zetsu twist created many plot holes.

I'm not thinking too deep about it at all. Pretty much everyone I have talked to agree the Zetsu twist was just a cop-out to make IT more evil.
