I think kakashi is top 10 material

With his new abilities with kamui(being able to take things in an out of that dimension with ease) combined with his taijutsu enhanced by sharingan, an his use of all elements or only 3 which ever you like to believe, an him having the second faster hand sign along with him being arguably thebsmartest battlewise ninja in naruto. I think he,s easily top 10

I agree Top 15 yet, if it wasn't for Naruto killing Kakazu who knows, Sasuke would have killed him, and there are all sorts of variables. With that said he is still one of my favorite. shinobi.
