The lines around the chakra remind me a lot of Kabuto's DSM debut cover during the chapters of his fight between Sasuke and Itachi.

I remember reading on the side script of those chapters. "The Most Evil Sage Mode" so wouldnt that make Kabuto's chakra look sinister??? also Karin wouldn't be able to recognize Kabuto with all the DNA enhancements and DSM chakra shift would she?

Also *********** made things a little too obvious. "A snake slithered out of a rock?" REALLY???

As for why Kabuto would help, well....he kinda helped start this mess and if he really did find his true self, not only does he have a debt to Itachi, but his family that he left behind is at stake too.

Doesn't that scenery remind you someone being spirited away??? I mean it really looks like Sasuke will just disappear in the whirlwind.:hooray:

DSM is bound to have some OP healing jutsu, plus if its anything like the Frog Mountain time would be accelerated there, so Sasuke could spend a week or so there and it only be about an hour.XD

Orochimaru making the reference about some snake slithering out from under a rock maybe hints at it? However, I do think that Karin would still be able to recognize Kabuto's chakra even if its just bits and pieces of it. Tough call though.

Why, the guy is still alive, the manga talked quite a bit about him and and we don't know what happened to him after he gave Itachi his eye. I believe Kishi is about to add him to the mix.

Well we were told some people saw his body in a river. We know Itachi gained MS after that. What exactly indicates he is alive? And why would Kishi suddenly give him a role in the war? He isn't that important. Kabuto is more important for the story, and he will be another victim of Itachi's talk no jutsu.

Well Thats an easy question. Same reason as to why Hashirama has auto regen. SM enhances all natural body functions including Oro's DNA.(increased Oro DNA makes snake) Now that the DNA or chakra is gone there is no snake cells to amplify ergo no snake or scales.

If the scales left Kabuto which were also there before DSM, what would make you think the snake would still be there???
Animals don't need to go into SM they are one with nature. Pro's true form is a snake Thats why he can use some senjutsu techniques, but he can't go DSM because his host is too weak.
Kabuto's snake is well....a snake and thereby one with nature therefore via the snake Kabuto always has NE inside him, but only when in DSM does he reach his full power.

I think he'll simply activate the cells from Juugo which are dormant in Sasuke's chest, where the wound is situated, in order to kick-start his circulatory system and the healing abilities of Sage Transformation will do the work from there.

FML You took the thought right out of my head, But yes it seems blatently obvious that it may be Kabuto.

He would have sinister Chakra.
Karen wouldnt recognize him after all this modifications to himself (Incorparating Orochimaru and the sound 5 into himself).
He has a reason to help Sasuke (Izangi helped him find his inner truth).
He is probably the only person with the means to save Sasuke.
