Now, Kagutsuchi is part of Enton, meaning only a Mangekyo user with Amaterasu could have had ir for Tobirama to know what it is, and to have seen it before.

This leads me to assume that either Izuna or Madara has Amaterasu, and Enton, though weaker than Sasuke's.

I'm leaning towards Izuna since he clashed with Tobirama. Also, I think Izuna had Ama, while Madara had Tsuki and EMS gave Madara both. Afterall, we've only seen Madara use Susano'o after he got EMS, right?
