theres very very few characters that have a connection to itachi and are still alive. and even less that are around his age in looks. hes evil now for whatever reason probably manipulated by black zetsus OTHER half that we never got to see he collected jubi clone corpses and probably used them to enhance his body along with the obligatory senju dna so he can be a match for sauce man and nardo. another thing pointing at it being shisui is shins name. it means god and theres also a famous name related to it being shinSUI

also i dont think he actually needs the stables on his eye lids i think its more of a fashion statement saying i can see the world for how it truly is and i wont look away from it.

Shisui kinda knew what would Itachi do.He believed in him just how he believed in Konoha.

There is no way Shisui is a bad guy.No way.
