Hagoromo and his brother is probably like Sasuke and Naruto. They are the same age, but with a few months apart. (Sasuke being the older, and Hagoromo most likely being the younger.)

Also, it was Madara + Juubi + Shinju + Black Zetsu that turned into Kaguya.

And? How is it relevant to the fact that they are not twins and Madara's account of Kaguya's story was correct?

Because her spirit or chakra or whatever you want to call (As we know the Otsutsuki family doesn't die they leave "Lingering chakra" and are reincarnated when they "die") was in the Juubi/Shinju. She called to Madara (The current Juubi Jinchuuriki) in order to take him over and have a physical form. If she was the Juubi, why didn't it just transform back into it's "human form" (Kaguya), It's simple they are separate entities. She also isn't the Juubi for the fact that she seemed to have transferred into Black Zetsu at some point. This further concludes that she wasn't the Juubi/Shinju. If she was then why would Black Zetsu need to do anything? She'd be able to take over from the inside. Well this is my thoughts, she could still very well become the Juubi it would be stupid as hell though.. How would the Shinju make a "Human form" to "devour it's own fruit"?

A fruit is a seed carrier of a plant. Its possible that she become one with the Shinju after eating the fruit. As Kaguya was using the shinju to make a Zetsu army before, so she had control over it like a juubi jinchuuriki. A vast majority of Kaguya's chakra was probably lost after someone(her sons no doubt) stopped her and gave it to the world. Losing that much chakra deformed her into the juubi and she tried to get it back.

When Madara supposedly made Black Zetsu he was connected to the Gedo Mazo, the husk of the juubi. My guess is that she made Black Zetsu and the goal was to get her chakra so she can return to her true form.

Its very much likely that Kaguya fused with the Juubi/Shinju at some point which may also be why she required Madara to absorb both of them before she could make her return. (That and she wanted him to activate Mugen Tsukuyomi for her while he was at it.) As I said, its likely that Kaguya is at least some part of the Juubi, perhaps the Juubi was the result of her fusing with the Shinju.

Also, I was never trying to prove that they were twins. I was simply stating the most likely scenario.

The Juubi was mindless during the whole time, so I still dont see why do you say its SAFE to say that Kaguya=Juubi. She is not the Juubi itself. The Juubi is the progenitor of all things, nature energy incarnate, and was separate from Kaguya. But I can imagine a scenario that she was sealed inside it or something. But her will was separate.

Yeah I can imagine that she was sealed away with the Juubi into the Moon or something like that, but that doesnt make her the Juubi itself. The Juubi was a totally different thing. Its the progenitor of all things, and came to take back chakra from Kaguya. Also Kaguya's will, that was incarnated in Black Zetsu, was separate the whole time.

Theory time! Kaguya ate the first fruit, became the juubi. Hagoromo and Hamura stopped her, she became the Gedo Mazo.
Created BZ Through madara, which is why it's her will, not his. Revived as Juubi, Got mindwrestled out by Obito. Somehow became Shinju. Madara absorbs her, Casts Infinite Tsukiyomi, Creates new potential fruit. Kaguya takes over, Absorbs all the chakra, Has Double Fruit Powers!

But we don't know if Black Zetsu was always Kaguya's will or if it was "infected" after Madara absorbed the Shinju. It's too hard to tell at this point though, I'm expecting these things to be cleared up in upcoming chapters. I still don't think that Kaguya is the Juubi, you think that she is, I don't have a problem with that, but we'll see whose right
