I think I'm beginning to understand Why Heath Legers Joker was so special

I think it was the fear of it, of someone completely beyond control doing anything and everything for no reason at all.
It's like chaos almost gaining control.

Like someone genuinly a psychopath, not a comicbook villain but a real threat.
