I believe that there is a significant reasoning for Obito giving Kakashi the MS sharingans through his spirit rather than through reality. If he gave them physically, then Kakashi would have an eye which is basically blind. But through the spirit, Obito could have optimised Kakashi's eye's to transfigure to carry his own optical nerve pattern to create his unique sharingan. Plus maybe this way, Kakashi may somewhat have the Uchiha DNA to properly utilize the sharingan. Whatcha guys think?
