I think I need an admin's help

I've got a friend who registered around when the registrations were closed, he made his profile but

doesn't have permission to view anything. I think an admin needs to approve him or something but

I'm not 100% sure. Thanks for any help you have to offer

He has to confirm his acct via email
if not he has VERY and i mean VERY limited access

check email if it isn't in his or her inbox check the spam and look for it so admin can approve but idk for this site
