I think i might know who the mystery atasuki guy who is not shisui or danzo

He is definitely someone we havent seen before. The atasuki cloak, itachis death, and how the atasuki cloak guy talks about fulfilling the destiny, some kind of plan that have been proposed for ages. Sasuke mentions a ninja who created white zetsu in latest manga chapter which happend is long time ago, suggesting were dealing with someone who lived a long time. I remembered madara mentioning how there were others who had similar plans as him, mixed uchiha and senju bloods. One of his men gave him the idea which madara said in mange chapter below. Im suggesting the mystery guy was involved with madara plan. Even after normal naruto manga was over, i always wondered why kaguya want to build an army unless there is greater threat. It just bothered me.

This seems really possible. The way madara said it was in a way that others with power were the ones suggesting that idea. The new guy may have had some association with him.

Sasuke mentions there is a ninja who created white zetsu long time ago. Madara mentions before him there were others who tried to do same thing as him in (manga chapter 657 page 6) even black zetsu mentions that. The fact that mystery guys plan somehow linked to kaguya suggest we are dealing with someone like black zetsu and someone linked to madara cause madara got the idea from one of his men.

Two things for sure. There were others before madara who knew about kaguya plan. There is greater threat than kaguya, why built an army when she is the most powerful being unless there is greater threat as sasuke mentioned.
