The reason he can use wood style is because of senju DNA.

Madara could also be controlling him with the seal he used on Obito and Rin.

well Kabuto mentioned he wasn't able to find his body so he wasn't able to Edo him, so its possible that Shisui is alive but i don't see him being on Madara's side even with a seal. If anything if Shisui was alive he'd probably be working from the shadow's and he's you know blind unless somehow he got transplants.

White Zetsu is Zetsu, i believe he was intended to be a clone of Hashi. Also, the first clone made from Hashi's DNA, SENJU. The other guy is called Guruguru, the first Zetsu clone, also SENJU DNA. This isnt a mystery. Am i missing something?
