I was just wondering: If Sasuke has time-manipulation S/T ninjutsu, couldn't he potentially solo Naruto, neg-diff?

I pose this question because, if this is the case, Naruto doesn't stand a chance against Sasuke, which I find unlikely.

The right of his probably has the the ability to stop time of some sorts, but has a limited range? It would explain why Madara was running away from it. I dunno just putting that out there.​
