I think i know Madara's staff abilities could be

We all know that the true so6p powers involve around ying and yang techniques.The so6p even create his children out of these principle or concept.

After seeing the latest chapter,the so6p have the combine staff of obito and madara.Obito staff can convert to different form (spear,rod and sword).In obito's sage sword,it have the ability to create all things he wanted.I believe Madara staff in the sword form can destroy all creation with it.This explain why obito sword was useless against Naruto and Sasuke because it was use for positive stuff due to yang nature.While Madara other halve of the staff will be use for destruction due to ying nature

Not sure about the whole creating children thing, especially after this last chapter. But you actually have a good point, it's possible that these staffs have different abilities given that Rikudou's actually looks like a combination of the two. This could be the difference between Obito and Madara. Not to mention that Madara's PS sword is said to break all creation. I think this further implies that Madara has developed more of a Ying Nature than what Obito had, who definitely seemed to have the Yang aspect down by using the sword that was said to create the world (or reshape depending on interpretation).

I wonder if people will actually read your thread though. I can almost bet money that someone will come to this thread bashing Sasuke for no reason Lol

That is an interesting thought process, I wouldn't deny it's possibilities. Madara seems incredibly more destructive than Obito had, which would explain the staff forms they got. Each portions of the Sages ultimate power, in a way.

Somebody created a thread forgot who but they had a pretty solid theory Obito with the Right Rinnegan hah the staff that resembles the sun and Madara with the Left Rinnegan Resembles the Moon and when you have both Rinnegan together it looks like Hagoromo's staff.

Agreed on the staffs part. I used to think the sage created his 2 sons via CoAT before todays chapter. But him saying that the elder was naturaly talented and the younger was weak at first made me think they were born naturally.

Either way nice thread
