Rather obvious but I think Naruto will end her with a Rasengan. No ordinary Rasengan but a Rasengan that will damage his right arm (dominant hand) so badly.

He may not even have the Tailed Beasts at this given moment, I see it as a "last flame" moment in his base form. Maybe to weaken her to the point he and Sasuke seals her.

I'm saying this because in The Last Naruto Movie, he's right hand is all bandaged up.
