tobi has a bandage around his forehead. i think thats where another eye is.

that would explain his new mask.

his new mask is both the rinnegan and sharingan 3 tomoe combined. so what if his 3rd eye was like a combined form of both the rinnegan and sharingan.

i know it sounds crazy but it could happen.
