THis also leads into my theory of how Hagoromo and Hamura stopped Kayuga and Tens tails.

I speculate that somewhere along the line, Kayuga ate the fruit, and became ten tails jinchuuriki, The chakra from the holy fruit.

She became tainted and became evil and wanted to reunite chakra, and also prepare for a war. *We don't know yet*

So they did battle and Hamura and Hagoromo won. They sealed Kaguya inside the ten tails than seperated it.

It's body was trapped in Chibaku Tensei and became the moon. THe Gedo statue is summoned from the center of the moon by pain.
The chakra is ten tails goes inside hagoromo and is sealed there. Hamura dies in the process for the seal, like Minato, and Hiruzen.

When Hagoromo is on his death bed and splits the beast up, Black zetsu(pure evil) is also created kind of like Hagoromo's brother and roams the earth in efforts of combining the tailed beast chakra and unsealing his mother.
