when using the shouten jutsu, the users have to be controlling the replicas.. just as itachi and kisame did.. so they can't be controlling their replicas while in the kage meeting..

Dident notice that Danzo stop making any move when tobi appear to naruto and when tobi disappear Danzo return to speak so it can be a special jutsu

I know the facts are going against the whole Tobi=Danzo business, but I'm still holding on to my last hopes.

Tobi=Danzo+Madara. Don't confuse that with Danzo=Madara. Danzo=/=Madara. They're in cahoots! Sometimes Tobi=Danzo, sometimes Tobi=Madara. And right now with Sasuke, Madara is betraying Danzo.

1 he is the leader of root
2 he is older than tsunade and the 4th maybe not stronger but maybe wiser
so i don't know why he did not become hokage sooner . they even choose the 3 hokage twice

and he is the rival of sarutobi and sarutobi is so strong but he was old and now thanks to the sharingan danzo now is even stronger then sandaime

He left because he got caught of controlling mifune and manipulating him into making him the leader of the alliance, and he just wanted to escape, since he didnt want to deal with the consequences, he didnt know that sasuke was after him, he just wanted to use sasuke as a opportunity to escape since everyone in the meeting room would be distracted.
So he didnt know that sasuke was after him, he just had to escape since he got caught of using genjutsu on the one who was controlling the meeting.
