It's the blushing I was more concerned with. But I didn't think Kishi was trying to get that point across with Haku anyway since Zabuza wasn't showing great strength before. A little bit of resilience for waking up early but that's about it.

Isn't Haku shy around Zabuza, hence the blushing?

Eh, I took the blushing along with the quote more of him admiring Zabuza's body at the same time. He was giving him a compliment but he wasn't really flirting with him either. But he meant what he said in both resilience and his actual body, hence the blushing. Oh well, I could be wrong though but that's how I saw it.
